1839
Conrad Vaupel founded the Weaving Loom Manufacturing Company in Naechstebreck.
1877
Due to the construction of the Rhineland Train Network, the company was moved to the current location at "Beule 5."
1882
Conrad's son Theobald took over the business under the new name "THEOBALD VAUPEL Weaving Loom Factory".
1927
Theobald Vaupel (84) passed away and his sons Theobald, Adolf and Otto take over and form a public trading company."
1939
100 years celebration.
1955
The next generation with Werner, Adolf and Luise Vaupel took over and start selling the machines around the world.
1960
On the 29th March a huge blaze destroys the carpentry building. Nevertheless,the production level is maintained and even increased while a new assembly hall is being constructed.
1967
Hans-Werner & Gustaf-Adolf Vaupel take over as the new generation.
1969
Another blaze destroys the majority of the production facility.
1975
The company becomes "Vaupel Textilmaschinen KG" and enters a new era.
2019
Vaupel Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG celebrates 180 years on the ITMA 2019 in Barcelona.
